Service Area & Delivery

Ryoga currently delivers throughout Victoria and selected areas of New South Wales within approximately 3–4 hours of Melbourne.

If you're located outside these areas, simply get in touch and we'll assess delivery options for your location.

Fast Delivery

We build new rooms every week and, subject to availability, many orders can be delivered within just a few days after paperwork is completed.

Professional Installation

A Ryoga team member will be onsite during delivery to ensure everything is set up correctly.

In most cases, all you need to do is connect a standard extension lead and you're ready to go.

Typical installation time: Approximately 1 hour.

Site Requirements

Prior to delivery, we will conduct a site assessment to confirm suitability.

Your site should provide:

• Reasonably level ground

• Stable surface

• Suitable access for delivery

Space Requirements

If access is restricted, we can often arrange delivery using a crane truck or mobile crane.

Our team can help assess your site and organise lifting equipment if required.

Lease Terms

Minimum Term

All rooms are leased with a minimum term of 6 months.

After the initial lease period, agreements continue on a flexible month-to-month basis.

Ending Your Lease

After the minimum term has been completed, simply provide 30 days written notice to end your lease.

Rent is charged fortnightly in advance via Direct Debit.

Bond

A refundable bond of $500 is required for all rentals.

The bond is held for the duration of the lease and returned following inspection upon collection, subject to the terms of the lease agreement.
